Hrant ‘Hud’ Norsigian, Jr. is the founder and owner of the Norsigian Law Office located in O’Fallon, Illinois. Mr. Norsigian has over 30 years’ experience as an attorney and is licensed in both Illinois and Missouri.
Mr. Norsigian graduated with honors from Washington University in St. Louis in 1985 receiving his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in mathematics and a minor in economics.
Mr. Norsigian graduated from Washington University School of Law (J.D. 1988), Magna Cum Laude and earned Order of the Coif honors. He was also awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for the top grade in Criminal Law. Mr. Norsigian was an Associate Editor of the prestigious Washington University Law Quarterly, where his legal article, Note, Community Property and the Problem of Migration, 66 Wash U.L.Q. 773 (1988), was published.
Mr. Norsigian is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the St. Clair County Bar Association, and the Missouri Bar Association.
Mr. Norsigian is the recipient of the Belleville News-Democrat Readers’ Choice Awards for Best of the Best for 2019, St. Louis Post-Dispatch 2016 People’s Choice of Southwest Illinois award for Best Lawyer, and has been awarded Martindale – Hubbell’s Top Rated Lawyer Award for Ethical Standards and Legal Ability, Martindale-Hubbell’s Client Distinction Award (recognized for excellence in quality of service, overall value, responsiveness, and communication ability), Martindale-Hubbell’s Client Champion Gold Award, and member of Marquis Who’s Who. Mr. Norsigian is also honored to be an author for the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Mr. Norsigian wrote a chapter for the IILCE’s Causes of Action book entitled, Challenges to Taking. Challenges to Taking, Chapter 44, Illinois Causes of Action—Elements, Forms & Winning Tips, Estate, Business & Non-Personal Injury Actions (IICLE, 2008; updated 2010, 2014, and 2016).
Paul H. Davis is an attorney licensed in Illinois and Missouri with 18 years of experience. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa, and he received his law degree from the St. Louis University School of Law. His areas of practice include personal injury, landlord-tenant law, and disability law.
Paul is also a registered nurse and a retired Air Force officer, having spent 23 years in uniform. He has been married to his wife, Linda, for 25 years and has two children and eight grandchildren.
Amanda Murphy joined Norsigian Law Office LLC as a paralegal in 2010. Amanda provides a supportive role in almost every aspect of the law firm, including assisting in file management, document production, obtaining and analyzing evidence, drafting pleadings, court applications, and other legal documents, and communicating with clients and related parties.
Amanda graduated from Southwestern Illinois College with an associate degree in Paralegal Studies.
Wendi Norsigian graduated with distinction from Webster University in 1991 with a B.A. in History and Political Science with an emphasis in Paralegal Studies. Ms. Norsigian provides vital services in human resources and financial aspects of the law firm.
Ms. Norsigian’s prior work experience includes working as a litigation paralegal at Lewis, Rice & Fingersh, AG Edwards and Thompson Coburn, and as an FCC Regulatory paralegal at Southwestern Bell.
